Quick answers about your rewards, your account, and your privacy.
This website is your loyalty and rewards home. It keeps your loyalty cards, stamp cards, vouchers, prepaid passes, and rewards in one place, so you can collect points, track your progress, and redeem rewards from any device.
No. Everything works in your web browser, with nothing to install. If you'd like quick access, you can add this website to your phone's home screen and open it like an app, including showing your saved cards when you're offline.
Sign in is passwordless by default: enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you. You can also set a password and, for extra protection, enable two-factor authentication in your account settings.
Yes. You can start collecting rewards as a guest, and your progress is linked to the device you're using. To protect your rewards and access them on any device, add your email address to turn your guest profile into a full account.
After you join a program, your cards appear under "My Cards" when you sign in. You can also reach a specific card through a QR code or link shared by the business, which adds it to your account automatically.
Points are added at the counter when you make a purchase. Open your loyalty card, show the QR code on your phone, and a staff member scans it to credit your points. Staff can also find you by your name or email if you do not have your code handy.
Stamp cards are the digital version of the classic "buy a few, get one free" card, such as a coffee card. Each qualifying purchase adds a stamp, and once the card is full you earn the reward. Because it lives in your account, you can never lose it.
Vouchers are special offers or discounts you can save to your account and redeem in store. When you redeem one, a QR code is shown for staff to scan, and the voucher is marked as used.
A prepaid pass is a bundle you buy up front, such as a 10-visit pack or a time-based membership. Each visit is counted against your pass until it runs out or expires, and your remaining balance is always visible in your account.
Some programs reward your loyalty over time with tiers. As you earn more, you can move up to a higher tier and enjoy benefits such as faster point earning. If a program uses tiers, you'll see your current tier and progress on your card.
If a program offers referrals, you can share your personal referral link with friends. When a friend joins and qualifies, both of you can receive a reward. You can find your referral link in your account.
Once you have enough points, open the reward and tap "Claim Reward". A QR code is generated for staff to scan. Your points are deducted and you receive your reward on the spot.
Sign in and open "My Cards". Your current balance is shown on each loyalty card, along with the rewards you can claim.
They can. Each program sets its own rules, including whether and when points, stamps, vouchers, or passes expire. Check the details on the card itself for the policy that applies to you.
Where a program allows it, you can send points to another member using the "Request Points" feature in your account. Points always stay within the program they were earned in.
Your cards are tied to your account, not your device. Sign in with your email on any phone or computer and request a login code to get everything back. If you were using the site as a guest, add your email beforehand so your rewards move with you.
Sign in, open your account settings, and edit your profile. You can update details such as your name, language, and communication preferences, then save your changes.
You'll only receive promotional messages if you opt in. You can change your communication preferences in your account at any time, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email. Essential service messages, such as login codes, are always sent so your account keeps working.
Where this website offers it, you can add eligible loyalty cards, stamp cards, vouchers, and passes to your phone wallet, and they stay in sync with your account. If the option is available, you will see an "Add to wallet" button on the card.
This website supports multiple languages. Use the language selector to switch, and your choice is remembered for next time.

A business whose program you've joined can see your name, your email address, whether you've agreed to receive offers, and your activity within its own program. It cannot see your activity with other, unrelated businesses on this website.
